AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI (rewrites, cover letters, suggestions) is provided for your use. You may use this content in your job applications. However, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

Our Service

Resumetrics, including our website, applications, and AI models, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.

6. AI Disclaimers

8. Public Resume Pages

If you choose to publish your resume publicly:

Your resume will be accessible via a public URL
You are responsible for any personal information you choose to make public
You can unpublish your resume at any time
Free tier public resumes may display a "Built with Resumetrics" attribution

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Resumetrics is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resumetrics, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the service
Your violation of these terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Content you upload or publish through the service

11. Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
